The current issue of AIA Philadelphia's journal Context has just been released. It features a photo essay and cover photo by me on reclaiming urban spaces for sports.

One of my pieces was accepted into the juried exhibition Art of the State, at the State Museum in Harrisburg PA, July 27- September 20, 2009.

In mid-late June I will be going to Iceland specifically to take photographs and make art. As a way of promoting my work and funding the trip I am looking for sponsorship. One of my pieces has been selected to appear in the Art of the State juried exhibition, to be on display at the State Museum of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg, from June 28-September 20, 2009.

The piece entitled mulled cider was awarded an honorable mention in the juried exhibition: Artist Friendly Exhibit - showing until April 17, 2009 @ 307 Market Street, 2nd Floor Philadelphia, PA.

Two pieces will be appearing in a juried group show, opening 3.13.09, 307 Market Street, 2nd floor (over the art supply store) in Old City Philadelphia, 7-10pm.

Pieces from my construct series are included in the newly released book Beyond Architecture: Imaginative Buildings and Fictional Cities. It is slated for US release in early March

A couple months ago I was interviewed by China's TECHMAG (the equivalent of Chinese Maxim) for their special issue on self-portrait artists. The issue is on news stands in China now.

A selection of abandoned residential interiors will be showing at Café Estelle (just voted one of Philly's best new eateries!) during the month of January. Exhibit opens January 9th, from 6-9pm - 444 N. 4th Street between Callowhill and Spring Garden, Philadelphia - Light refreshments will be served.
